Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for NISQ and fault-tolerant architectures

- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor performance
- Secure $10M+ in quantum computing patents and publish in Nature/Science
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware engineering
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum assembly languages
- Experience with quantum annealing systems (D-Wave, Rigetti)
- Security clearance for handling classified quantum defense projects
