Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the development of scalable quantum circuit architectures and error mitigation strategies.
- Hardware Integration: Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize the interface between quantum processors and classical control systems.
- Algorithm Development: Lead the translation of complex business problems into quantum algorithms to drive competitive advantage.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging quantum technologies, including trapped ions, superconducting qubits, and photonic qubits.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Define technical roadmaps for the next decade of quantum computing at Nebula Logic.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Physics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in systems architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in quantum computing or advanced AI hardware.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or similar) and deep knowledge of linear algebra and probability theory.
- Programming: Strong command of Python, C++, and low-level systems programming.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and investors.
