Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and identify opportunities for improvement in site architecture and crawlability.
- Develop and execute multi-channel SEO strategies, including on-page optimization, keyword research, and content gap analysis.
- Monitor search performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and proprietary tools to report on KPIs and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of developers, content creators, and designers to implement technical fixes and optimize user experience.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and algorithm updates to ensure our strategies remain compliant and competitive.
- Manage and build high-quality backlink profiles through white-hat outreach and relationship building.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Deep knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and major SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for technical implementation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing enterprise-level SEO projects is a plus.
