In this pivotal role, you will own the SEO strategy, driving traffic, visibility, and conversions through technical excellence and data-driven content optimization. You will work at the intersection of creative storytelling and technical engineering to dominate search rankings.
What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end SEO campaigns, from technical audits to on-page optimization and off-page link building.
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with content teams to develop keyword strategies that resonate with target audiences.
- Optimize website architecture for maximum crawlability and indexability.
- Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies to maintain or improve rankings.
- Present actionable insights and progress reports to stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, site speed issues, and structured data problems.
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and drive organic traffic growth.
- Perform in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-value opportunities.
- Manage and oversee link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as organic traffic, bounce rate, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Partner with developers and UX designers to implement schema markup, site speed improvements, and mobile responsiveness.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving search rankings and driving organic revenue.
- Deep understanding of Googleβs core ranking factors and algorithm updates (e.g., Penguin, Panda, Hummingbird).
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics 4.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
