Responsibilities
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement robust SEO strategies, including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO audits to improve search rankings.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to ensure high-quality, keyword-rich content that aligns with user intent and search algorithms.
- Technical SEO: Monitor site architecture, crawlability, and indexability, resolving technical issues that hinder search engine performance.
- Link Building: Execute white-hat link-building campaigns to increase domain authority and referral traffic.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing detailed monthly reports to stakeholders.
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct in-depth research on competitor strategies to identify new opportunities and market gaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of proven experience in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic for enterprise-level websites.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with technical SEO tools (e.g., Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Analytics: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console; ability to interpret complex data to drive decisions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex SEO concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
