Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Mastery: Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and fix technical issues, improve site speed, and ensure optimal crawlability and indexability.
- Strategy Development: Develop and execute multi-channel SEO strategies that increase organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion rates.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content teams to optimize on-page elements, ensuring high-quality, keyword-rich content that resonates with target audiences.
- Link Building & Authority: Build high-quality backlinks through white-hat outreach and digital PR campaigns to enhance domain authority.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Search Console, providing monthly performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
- AI Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating AI tools into SEO workflows for keyword research and predictive modeling.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong track record of improving organic search visibility for major websites.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices, including schema markup, XML sitemaps, and site architecture.
- Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; SEO certification is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to work from New York, NY.
