Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and implement robust, high-performance software architectures that can handle millions of users.
- Lead Development: Spearhead the development of core features using modern web technologies, ensuring code quality and best practices.
- Code Reviews & Mentorship: Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in existing systems and implement performance optimizations to enhance user experience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Technical Strategy: Stay ahead of industry trends (AI, Cloud, etc.) and advocate for the adoption of new technologies within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on full-stack development.
- Technologies: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- System Design: Strong understanding of software design patterns, data structures, and algorithms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues and delivering solutions under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
