Responsibilities

- System Optimization: Optimize application performance, reduce latency, and improve user experience on a global scale.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and expand our cloud presence on AWS or GCP, ensuring high availability and disaster recovery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on full-stack or backend architecture.
- Technologies: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with deep knowledge of modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Spring).
- Cloud: Strong experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement scalable solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
