Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the 2026 Strategic Roadmap, aligning technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, GenAI) that will drive growth in the 2026 landscape.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Marketing) to translate strategic vision into actionable project plans.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and trend forecasting to anticipate industry shifts.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the 2026 transition strategy.
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation and forward-thinking within the organization.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive management.
- Proven track record of defining and implementing long-term technology roadmaps (5-10 year horizon).
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging tech trends.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to C-level executives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
