Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical strategy, identifying emerging trends to keep Apex at the forefront of innovation.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design robust, scalable, and secure cloud architectures that support high-growth enterprise needs.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to translate business goals into actionable technical requirements.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select external technology partners and tools that align with our 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a strategic architecture or engineering leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to plan for long-term tech trends and infrastructure evolution.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
