Responsibilities

- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- System Optimization: Analyze current systems to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance performance and reduce latency.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability and cost-effectiveness.

- Code Reviews: Conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software development and system architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Cloud Proficiency: Strong experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
