Key Responsibilities
- Lead the definition of the technical strategy and architecture for the 2026 Roadmap, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems that handle massive throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies, such as Generative AI and Edge Computing, into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and establish best practices for security and performance.
- Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies for long-term projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures.
- Proven experience designing systems for high availability and fault tolerance.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in cybersecurity and data privacy compliance.
