Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver features on time.
- Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
