Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Diagnose and resolve complex software and hardware issues within SLA guidelines.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve recurring bugs.
- Conduct product training sessions and create knowledge base articles to empower users.
- Monitor support metrics and proactively identify opportunities to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or IT helpdesk roles.
- Strong understanding of computer networks, operating systems, and cloud services.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow) and remote desktop tools.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users in plain English.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and based in or willing to commute to Los Angeles, CA.
