Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical assistance via phone, chat, and email to a diverse client base.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity problems.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system.
- Educate end-users on best practices for technology usage and security protocols.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or help desk environments.
- Proficiency with Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
