Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support to enterprise clients via phone and email.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all support interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate complex bugs and feature requests.
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT) through clear communication.
- Conduct remote diagnostics and walk clients through step-by-step solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Android/iOS operating systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
