In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for identifying emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on our enterprise, and driving the strategic initiatives that will position us as a market leader by 2026. You will bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and technical execution, ensuring our infrastructure is robust, scalable, and future-proof.
Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision and operational goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Monitor and evaluate cutting-edge technologies, such as AI, Quantum Readiness, and Advanced Data Analytics, to determine their viability for integration.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate business needs into actionable technical strategies and roadmaps.
- Innovation & R&D: Foster a culture of innovation by leading internal R&D initiatives and managing partnerships with tech startups and research institutions.
- Change Management: Guide the organization through digital transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes.
- Resource Allocation: Oversee budget planning for technology investments and ensure optimal allocation of resources to high-impact projects.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing technology roadmaps with a focus on long-term growth and scalability.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of cloud architecture, AI integration, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and board members.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or similar strategic architecture certifications are a plus.
