- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-ready innovation priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and horizon-scanning briefs for Fortune 500 clients
- Architect organizational resilience strategies against disruptive forces
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future research
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on technology disruption or societal transformation
- Experience guiding Fortune 500 clients through future-oriented strategy sessions
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and geopolitical dynamics
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
