Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive 5-year vision, specifically focusing on the 2026 horizon, ensuring alignment with global market shifts.
- Emerging Tech Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on breakthrough technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Biotech) that could disrupt our industry within the next 2 years.
- Scenario Planning: Develop forward-looking scenarios to prepare the organization for volatile market conditions and technological pivots.
- Stakeholder Advisory: Present complex future trends to the C-Suite in a compelling, digestible format to drive decision-making.
- Innovation Lab Leadership: Spearhead internal initiatives that prototype and validate future-of-work models for the year 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Strategic Studies, Futurism, Economics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, consulting, or technology forecasting, with a focus on long-term visioning.
- Trend Forecasting: Demonstrated ability to identify macro-trends early and translate them into business opportunities.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming tech stacks, including Generative AI, Web3, and Autonomous Systems.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and writing skills; ability to simplify complex data for diverse audiences.
