Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities and threats
- Produce actionable intelligence reports on disruptive technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Design strategic roadmaps integrating sustainability, ethics, and human-centric innovation
- Partner with R&D to incubate future-focused initiatives and ventures

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)

- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
