Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with C-suite executives to align organizational strategy with emerging technological paradigms
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track progress against 5-year strategic milestones
- Curate and lead global futurist communities to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Translate complex future scenarios into compelling executive presentations and stakeholder roadmaps
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and anticipatory leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, WFS) or advanced degree in Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in trend visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Track record of launching successful innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends through 2030
- Experience leading remote global teams and managing cross-cultural innovation ecosystems
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios or strategic foresight frameworks
