Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee the master timeline for 2026 venue readiness and operational deployment across host cities.
- Liaise between technical teams, venue managers, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
- Implement data-driven decision-making frameworks to optimize resource allocation and budget management.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in the operational roadmap using predictive analytics.
- Lead crisis management simulations and coordinate emergency response protocols.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistent brand delivery during high-profile events.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, event management, or large-scale logistics.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with budgets exceeding $5M.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.
- PMP or similar certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently and work in diverse environments.
