Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic vision for the 2026 horizon, identifying key growth drivers and competitive advantages.
- Conduct deep-dive research into emerging market trends, technological advancements, and consumer behavior shifts.
- Develop and present comprehensive quarterly and annual roadmaps to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales) to align operational goals with the 2026 strategic plan.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential merger or acquisition targets to expand our market presence.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives and pivot as necessary.
- Lead organizational change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of new strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or executive leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful long-term strategies in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced degree (MBA) or equivalent professional certification (e.g., CFA, PMP) preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated experience in leading organizational transformation and change management.
- Familiarity with future-tech trends, including AI, automation, and digital transformation.
