Core Responsibilities:
• Define the 2026 Vision: Create a comprehensive, long-term technical roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates market shifts.
• Lead High-Impact Projects: Direct the engineering team in deploying scalable, secure, and high-performance systems.
• Drive Innovation: Prototype emerging technologies, such as Generative AI and Edge Computing, to maintain a competitive edge.
• Ensure Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security frameworks to protect enterprise assets against evolving cyber threats.
• Culture of Excellence: Mentor senior engineers and foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes code quality and technical debt reduction.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the technical vision for the 2026 product suite, ensuring alignment with global market trends.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex distributed systems using microservices and serverless architectures.
- Performance Optimization: Lead initiatives to enhance system throughput, latency reduction, and overall scalability.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams effectively.
- Talent Development: Conduct code reviews, technical interviews, and mentorship sessions to grow the engineering team's capabilities.
- Vendor Management: Evaluate and select third-party technologies and partners that align with the 2026 technical roadmap.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and modern programming languages (Go, Python, Rust, or Java).
- AI & ML Integration: Proven experience integrating AI/ML models into production environments and understanding their limitations and capabilities.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, large-scale technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
