Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Identify, evaluate, and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Advanced Biotech) into our core systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across executive leadership and product teams.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a diverse team of architects, engineers, and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Oversee the migration to next-gen cloud architectures, ensuring zero downtime and maximum security for global operations.
- Performance Optimization: Drive initiatives to enhance system latency, throughput, and overall user experience for our enterprise clients.
- Strategic Partnerships: Evaluate and manage partnerships with key tech vendors and research institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or architectural role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of forecasting industry trends and successfully implementing them.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), Microservices, and Enterprise Architecture.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
