Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sustainability roadmaps aligned with 2026 ESG targets
- Analyze environmental data using AI-driven tools to identify decarbonization opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives for waste reduction and circular supply chain integration
- Partner with product teams to embed sustainability into lifecycle design
- Report on ESG metrics using GRI standards and influence investor relations
- Drive stakeholder engagement through transparent sustainability communications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability with measurable impact metrics
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Proficiency in sustainability software (SAP Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
- Strong data analysis skills with experience in carbon footprint modeling
- Experience leading cross-functional sustainability transformation projects
- Certification in LEED, SFP, or similar sustainability credential
