Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and resolve complex technical tickets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention through effective communication.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and internal product updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, Mac, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
