Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and live chat to internal staff and external clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to escalate and resolve complex technical tickets.
- Conduct basic system maintenance and software updates.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and peripherals.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience when dealing with end-users.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support, helpdesk, or customer service role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid environment.
