Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a focus on high satisfaction rates.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally using established protocols.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records in the company database and CRM systems.
- Collaborate with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve complex account issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information to clients.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
