- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
