Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain accurate customer account records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex service issues and ensure follow-through.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and call scripts.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
