Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the quality assurance team to improve service standards.
- Identify opportunities to upsell relevant products or services.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High-speed internet connection (if working remotely).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral accent.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Reliable computer and noise-canceling headset.
