Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport freight efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and compliance with safety standards.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse floor to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management software to update inventory records in real-time.
- Collaborate with the operations team to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Perform quality control checks on all products before they leave the facility.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license or reliable personal transportation.
