Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.
- Package and label items accurately to ensure safe shipping and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory levels and stock movement.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily productivity targets and deadlines.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and storage racks for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose facility.
