Responsibilities
- Operate industrial material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders for accuracy.
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory management tasks as required.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure production goals and shipping deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends if needed.
