Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately select products from the warehouse floor and prepare them for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels and perform cycle counts to ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads to meet daily productivity and accuracy targets.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for long durations.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
