Responsibilities
- Operate Heavy Machinery: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move inventory.
- Manage Inventory: Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments with high accuracy to prevent shortages.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace by adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Communication: Collaborate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to meet daily production goals.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50-70 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends to meet urgent business needs.
- Basic Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in reading labels and scanning barcodes.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record is required.
