Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high retention rates.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during every customer interaction.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality assurance standards, and compliance regulations.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is highly desirable.
