Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Data Management: Accurately input and update customer information and transaction records into our CRM systems.
- Process Orders: Process sales orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and report recurring issues to management.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but we are willing to train enthusiastic candidates.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with MS Office Suite.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
