Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal database.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot technical or product-related issues.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
