Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer retention.
