Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality and resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for top candidates.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (35+ WPM).
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are required for remote roles.
