Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on rapid resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and billing in Oklahoma City.
- Document all interactions and customer feedback in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor during peak operational hours.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
