Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred but not required for immediate hire.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and CRM software).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
