- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and quality targets.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
