Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and shipments using appropriate equipment.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and scan inventory to ensure stock levels are maintained.
- Machinery Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery in compliance with safety regulations.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
Qualifications
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: A history of punctual attendance and dependable work habits.
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
