Responsibilities
- Package Handling: Accurately receive, inspect, sort, and load/unload merchandise onto trucks and pallets.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and identifying discrepancies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all items are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
- Operational Support: Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts or pallet jacks, under supervision.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily production targets and safety standards.
- Keep Areas Clean: Maintain a tidy, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
- Documentation: Valid ID and ability to pass a background check.
- Driving (Optional):> Valid driver's license may be required for specific delivery routes.
