Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Sort, pack, and label products accurately to ensure proper shipment handling.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the team lead.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse floor at all times.
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company policies strictly.
- Assist with shipping and receiving duties and document all transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate inventory counting and scanning.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
