Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from the shipping dock.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Package and label goods appropriately for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory counting and stock rotation as directed by management.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and scanning tasks.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime when needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required for all positions.
