Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production workflows.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to meet company and industry standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency and output.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts or hand trucks safely.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Complete daily shift logs and production reports accurately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or logistics environment preferred.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power equipment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
